Cost reduction audit

We go through your profit-and-loss line by line, then cross-reference each cost category against your operational data. The goal is simple: find spending that delivers little or no value and either eliminate it or renegotiate it.

What you get

  • A two-day on-site review of your accounts, contracts and purchasing workflows
  • A ranked list of savings opportunities with estimated annual value for each
  • Supplier benchmarking against at least three comparable providers per category
  • A 90-day implementation roadmap with assigned owners and milestones

Timeline: the review takes two days on-site plus three days of analysis. You receive the final report within ten working days of our first visit. Implementation support, if you want it, runs in 30-day sprints.

Process redesign

Most inefficiency hides in the gaps between departments. Orders wait for approvals that add no value. Reports get compiled manually because two systems don't talk to each other. People attend meetings that could be a two-line email.

We map your current workflows using interviews and direct observation, then redesign them with fewer steps, clearer handoffs and better use of the tools you already own.

What you get

  • Current-state process maps for up to five core workflows
  • Redesigned future-state maps with time and cost comparisons
  • Software configuration recommendations (we work with tools you already have, not sell you new ones)
  • Staff training sessions to embed the new ways of working

Timeline: four to eight weeks depending on the number of workflows. We stay involved until the new processes have been running smoothly for at least two weeks.

Growth planning and financial modelling

Before you invest in a new market, hire a sales team or open a second location, you need a model that shows what happens if things go well and what happens if they don't. We build that model with you, stress-test the assumptions, and produce a plan that a bank or investor can actually read.

What you get

  • A three-year financial model in Excel with scenario toggles (base, optimistic, pessimistic)
  • Market sizing and competitor analysis for your target segment
  • A hiring and resource plan tied to revenue milestones
  • Six months of advisory support: monthly calls plus ad-hoc email access

Timeline: the model and plan take three to four weeks to complete. Advisory support begins immediately after delivery.

How an engagement works

Every project follows the same four-phase structure, whether you need a quick audit or a full implementation programme.

Discovery call

A 30-minute phone or video call where we learn about your business, your goals and the problem you want solved. No charge, no obligation.

On-site review

We spend two days at your premises interviewing staff, observing operations and collecting data. We pay attention to what people actually do, not just what the org chart says they should do.

Report and recommendations

Within ten working days you receive a written report. Each recommendation includes an estimated cost to implement, expected payback period and a difficulty rating from one to five.

Implementation and follow-up

If you choose to proceed, we assign a lead consultant who manages the project in 30-day sprints. At the end of each sprint we measure results against the targets set in the report.
